2.0. Anmeldung und Voraussetzungen
2.1. Welche Voraussetzungen müssen die Aussteller für eine Teilnahme erfüllen?
Die ausstellenden Künstler:innen, Kunsthandwerker:innen oder Designer:innen müssen ihre Werke oder Konzepte selbst hergestellt oder kreiert haben.
Die Kunst/das Kunsthandwerk/das eigene Design sollte dem Marktcharakter entsprechen. (keine Neuware bzw. industriell gefertigte Massenware)
Bewerben Sie sich per E-Mail und stellen Sie sich und Ihre Kunst, Ihr Kunsthandwerk oder Ihr eigenes Design kurz vor. Nutzen Sie dafür das Onlineformular.
- Der Bereich Schmuck, Bekleidung und Modeaccessoires in jeglichen Varianten ist begrenzt und schon komplett ausgebucht. Um ein Überangebot auf dem Markt zu vermeiden, können wir für diese Angebote keine Aussteller:innen mehr annehmen. Anfragen für Schmuck, Bekleidung und Modeaccessoires in jeglicher Art sind nicht notwendig! Es gibt hier keine Wartelisten.
- Es ist nur die Buchung eines kompletten Wochenendes möglich – Einzeltage wie Samstag ODER Sonntag sind NICHT möglich, da die Veranstaltung über zwei Tage geht.
- Ein Reisegewerbe sowie eine Steuernummer sind bei regelmäßiger Teilnahme notwendig.
- Die definitive und persönliche Zusage des Veranstalters:der Veranstalterin sowie die Bezahlung der Marktstandmiete VOR der Veranstaltung per Online-Überweisung sind Grundlagen für eine verbindliche Marktstandbuchung.
- Die Anerkennung und Einhaltung der Marktordnung sind Voraussetzungen zur Teilnahme am Markt.
2.2. Wie kann ich einen Stand auf dem Markt mieten?
Die Reservierung/Anmietung eines Marktstandes erfolgt durch eine E-Mail, in der Sie sich und Ihre Kunst, Ihr Kunsthandwerk oder Ihr eigenes Design vorstellen.
Der Bereich Schmuck, Bekleidung und Modeaccessoires in jeglichen Varianten ist begrenzt und schon komplett ausgebucht. Um ein Überangebot auf dem Markt zu vermeiden, können wir für diese Angebote keine Aussteller:innen mehr annehmen. Anfragen für Schmuck, Bekleidung und Modeaccessoires in jeglicher Art sind nicht notwendig! Es gibt hier keine Wartelisten.
• Ein:e Künstler:in kann erst nach persönlicher, verbindlicher Zusage des Veranstalters:der Veranstalterin/Marktmeister:in am Markt teilnehmen. Die Bezahlung der Standmiete erfolgt VOR der Veranstaltung. Nach der Online-Bezahlung erhalten Sie eine Quittung, erst dann ist Ihre Buchung abgeschlossen. Die Entscheidung, welche Künstler:innen, Kunsthandwerker:innen oder Designer:innen am Markt teilnehmen können, obliegt dem:der Veranstalter:in/Marktmeister:in.
• Bei Interesse verwenden Sie bitte unser Online-Kontaktformular. Dieses ist nicht als Reservierung zu verstehen, sondern lediglich als eine Kontaktaufnahme. Passt Ihr Angebot zum Marktcharakter bzw. Portfolio des Marktes bzw. haben wir freie Plätze, nutzen wir dieses Formular, um SIE zu kontaktieren. Das E-Mail-Formular dient zur Kontaktaufnahme. Wir möchten Sie und Ihr Sortiment zuvor persönlich kennenlernen.
• Sollten Sie, nachdem Sie uns das Online-Kontaktformular zugesandt haben, mittelfristig keine Antwort von uns erhalten, bedeutet dies, dass wir Sie zurzeit nicht auf dem Markt unterbringen können. 2.3. Welche Möglichkeiten habe ich, wenn der Kunstmarkt ausgebucht ist und ich reservieren möchte?
1). Beachten Sie, ob Ihr Angebot zurzeit möglich ist: Info: Der Bereich Schmuck, Bekleidung und Modeaccessoires in jeglichen Varianten ist begrenzt und schon komplett ausgebucht. Um ein Überangebot auf dem Markt zu vermeiden, können wir für diese Angebote keine Aussteller:innen mehr annehmen. Anfragen für Schmuck, Bekleidung und Modeaccessoires in jeglicher Art sind nicht notwendig! Es gibt hier keine Wartelisten. Weiterhin sollte Ihr Angebot zum Marktcharakter bzw. Portfolio des Marktes passen. Über die Teilnahme entscheidet der:die Veranstalter:in bzw. die Marktleitung.
Sollten Sie keinen Schmuck, keine Bekleidung und keine Modeaccessoires in jeglichen Varianten anbieten und aus dem Bereich Kunst, Kunsthandwerk oder Design kommen, dann schreiben Sie uns eine E-Mail.
Bitte fragen Sie nur Veranstaltungen an, die nicht weiter als ca. 8 Wochen in der Zukunft liegen. Anfragen für Veranstaltungen über 8 Wochen im Voraus können wir aus organisatorischen Gründen nicht annehmen. Achten Sie hier bitte auf das Timing Ihrer Anfrage, um uns nicht zu früh, aber auch nicht zu spät zu kontaktieren.
2). Haben Sie etwas Geduld. Der Berliner Kunstmarkt ist ein kleiner Kreativmarkt mit ausgewählten Aussteller:innen und begrenzten Kapazitäten. Für neue Aussteller:innen kann es daher bedeuten, sich in die Warteliste eintragen zu lassen. Teilen Sie uns daher bei Ihrer Anfrage unbedingt das Datum mit, für das Sie sich bewerben.
3). Der Newsletter (exklusiv nur für Aussteller:innen, das heißt für Künstler:innen, Kunsthandwerker:innen und Designer:innen) wäre eine gute Idee, um regelmäßige Informationen über Markt-Events und eventuelle freie Plätze zu bekommen. Der Newsletter des Berliner Kunstmarktes erscheint einmal im Monat und informiert Sie über die regulären Veranstaltungen des anstehenden Monats sowie über freie Plätze bei den Sondermärkten. Ebenso haben Sie die Möglichkeit, für die anstehenden Wintermonate zu reservieren, wodurch Sie langfristige Planungssicherheit bekommen.
4). Neue Aussteller:innen sollten die Sonderveranstaltungen/Spezialmärkte nutzen, da wir bei diesen Veranstaltungen eventuelle freie Plätze nutzen, um diese neuen Künstler:innen, Kunsthandwerker:innen oder Designer:innen anzubieten. Wir schaffen somit eine Win-Win-Situation: Neue Aussteller:innen lernen den Kunstmarkt kennen, präsentieren sich und sammeln Erfahrungen, und der:die Veranstalter:in bzw. die Marktleitung kann Kontakte zu neuen Händler:innen knüpfen, die, wenn alles passt, später regelmäßiger auf dem Markt ausstellen und verkaufen können. Ein gegenseitiges Kennenlernen ist hier möglich, sowie im Gespräch Tipps für die Optimierung der Werkauswahl und Präsentation zu bekommen.
5). Der Kunstmarkt ist eine ganzjährige Marktveranstaltung. Für Ihre langfristige Planung können Sie sich jetzt schon für die Wintermonate bewerben, um persönliche Planungssicherheit in der Weihnachtszeit zu haben. In den Monaten Januar, Februar und März nutzen vor allem neue Aussteller:innen die Möglichkeiten durch eventuelle freie Marktplätze, um sich auf die anstehende Saison vorzubereiten. Zum einen werden in dieser Zeit wichtige Erfahrungen für die anstehende Saison gemacht (Wie organisiere ich mich und die Logistik meines Materials? Wie läuft ein typischer Markttag ab? Wie optimiere ich meine Präsentation? Welches Konzept habe ich mir überlegt und wie verbessere ich dieses Stück für Stück weiter? Wie machen das andere erfahrene Händler:innen? Was kann ich durch Beobachten und Gespräche von anderen lernen? Oh, meine Vorstellungen und Erwartungen waren in der Theorie ja ganz anders, jetzt vor Ort sehe ich, worauf es ankommt). Zum anderen können vor der Saison gemachte Erfahrungen sehr helfen, um nicht bei Null anzufangen, wenn die Marktzeit schon begonnen hat.
Tipp: Wer in den Monaten Januar, Februar oder März schon mal dabei war, ist für die Marktleitung in der Saison nicht unbekannt.
3.0. Informationen über die Marktstände
3.1. Wie groß ist ein Stand? Was ist in der Miete enthalten
Der Berliner Kunstmarkt veranstaltet mit besonderen Marktschirmen. Bitte informieren Sie sich unter den Häufigen Fragen über diese Besonderheit. Unsere Marktschirme haben keine Seiten- und Rückwände, bei Bedarf bringen Sie sich bitte weiße Planen (und Klammern) in den Maßen 2,50 x 3,00 Meter mit. Der Marktschirm ist 3,00 Meter breit 2,50 Meter tief und ca. 2,20 Meter hoch. Der Verkaufstisch/die Marktplatte unter dem Schirm ist 2,50 Meter breit und 0,85 Meter tief.
3.2. Kann ich meinen eigenen Marktstand mitbringen und aufbauen?
Für die Veranstaltung mietet der:die Aussteller:in einen vom Veranstalter:der Veranstalterin zur Verfügung gestellten Marktschirm an – die Marktordnung und AGB sind dabei Grundlage. Das Verwenden von selbst mitgebrachten Marktständen geht aus organisatorischen und technischen Gründen leider nicht.
3.2. Kann ein zusätzlicher Tisch aufgebaut werden?
Es ist nicht gestattet, die Verkaufsfläche der Marktstände durch Beistelltische oder hinzugestellte Ständer oder Ähnliches zu vergrößern. Dies ist nach Genehmigung in einzelnen Fällen gebührenpflichtig. Die Verkaufs- und Präsentationsfläche befindet sich UNTER dem Marktschirm, der als Begrenzungslinie gilt. Tische und Schirme bilden eine optische Linie, die es einzuhalten gilt. Im Speziellen ist es nicht erlaubt, den Verkaufsbereich VOR der Marktplatte zu erweitern, das heißt: Beistelltische, Kisten und Aufsteller sind potenzielle Unfallquellen und beeinträchtigen das visuelle Erscheinungsbild des Marktes sowie die Sicherheit.
Das Aufstellen von eigenen Verkaufsständen kann nur mit ausdrücklicher Genehmigung des Veranstalters:der Veranstalterin erfolgen. Es ist verboten, Waren und sonstige Gegenstände so aufzustellen oder anzubringen, dass die Sicht auf andere Stände behindert oder der Marktverkehr beeinträchtigt wird.
4.0. Informationen über die Anfahrt mit dem Auto
4.1. Kann ich mit meinem Auto zum Stand fahren?
Die Anfahrt zum Markt erfolgt über die „Bodestraße“, Ecke „Am Kupfergraben“. Dort ist auch das Be- und Entladen der Fahrzeuge möglich. Die Zufahrt von der „Straße unter den Linden“ ist dafür nicht geeignet. Wer diese nutzt, handelt grob fahrlässig und eigenverantwortlich. Die Gasse „Hinter dem Zeughaus“ ist nicht als Anfahrtsweg für Autos zu benutzen, ein Befahren ist untersagt. Bitte nicht mit dem Auto auf die Veranstaltungsfläche fahren, da wir uns in einer Fußgängerzone befinden.
4.2. Wo kann geparkt werden?
Freie Parkplätze in der Umgebung finden Sie morgens in der Umgebung des
Kunstmarktes. Es eignen sich die Straßen „Hinter dem Gießhaus“ und „Am Kupfergraben“.
Bitte berücksichtigen Sie die dortige Verkehrsbeschilderung.
(Samstag kostenpflichtig).
Die Parkgebühren im Zentrum von Berlin sind am Samstag hoch. Alternativ lassen Sie
sich mit dem Auto bringen. Ein Absetzten und Ausladen wäre hier eine Möglichkeit.
Weiterhin nutzen gerade die jungen Aussteller Car Sharing Autos für den Transport, da
diese eine kostengünstige Alternative im Zentrum bieten.
Bitte nicht an der Straße „Unter den Linden“ parken! Bitte nur von der Seite
„Am Kupfergraben“ anfahren.
4.3. Wo kann ich ranfahren, um meine Ware zu entladen?
Halten und Entladen bitte nur von der nördlichen Seite des Kunstmarktes. Die Straßen
„Am Kupfergraben“ und „Hinter dem Gießhaus“ bieten sich dafür an.
Bitte halten Sie nicht an der Straße „Unter den Linden“, da dies verboten ist.
Bitte halten oder parken Sie NICHT vor der Einfahrt des Kunstmarktes, um die Logistik
und Feuerwehrzufahrten nicht zu blockieren.

3.2 Can I bring and set up my own market stall?
For the event, the exhibitor rents a market umbrella provided by the organizer – the market regulations and AGs are the basis for this. For organizational and technical reasons, it is unfortunately not possible for exhibitors to use their own market stands.
3.2 Can an additional table be set up?
It is not permitted to enlarge the sales area of the market stalls by adding side tables or stands or similar. This is subject to a fee after approval in individual cases. The sales area and presentation area is located UNDER the market umbrella, which is considered the boundary line. Tables and umbrellas form a visual line that must be adhered to. In particular, it is not permitted to extend the sales area BEFORE the market plate, i.e. side tables, crates and display stands are potential sources of accidents and impair the visual appearance of the market as well as safety.
You may only set up your own stalls with the express permission of the organizer. It is prohibited to set up or attach goods and other objects in such a way that the view of other stands is obstructed or market traffic is impaired.
4.0 Information about traveling by car
4.1 Can I drive my car to the stand?
Access to the market is via „Bodestraße“, on the corner of „Am Kupfergraben“. Vehicles can also be loaded and unloaded there. The access road from „Straße unter den Linden“ is not suitable for this purpose. Anyone using it is acting with gross negligence and at their own risk. The alley „Hinter dem Zeughaus“ is not to be used as an access route for cars, driving on it is prohibited. Please do not drive onto the event area as we are located in a pedestrian zone.
4.2 Where can I park?
You will find free parking spaces in the area in the morning in the vicinity of the
art market. The streets „Hinter dem Gießhaus“ and „Am Kupfergraben“ are suitable.
Please follow the traffic signs there.
(Saturday with costs).
Parking fees in the center of Berlin are high on Saturdays. Alternatively you can
be brought by car. Dropping off and unloading would be an option here.
Furthermore, young exhibitors in particular use car sharing cars for transportation, as
as they offer an inexpensive alternative in the city center.

4.3 Where can I pull over to unload my goods?
Please stop and unload only from the north side of the art market. The streets
